Day‑One Clinic Flow

  1. Front desk flags eligible patients (PHQ‑9 ≥ threshold, prior notes, or PCP judgment).
  2. PCP opens tablet, taps “Warm Handoff,” and introduces BHCM.
  3. BHCM joins within 3 minutes, engages patient, and schedules follow‑up.
  4. Minutes captured; consent confirmed if not on file.
  5. PCP receives concise recommendations after psychiatrist case review.

Go‑Live Checklist

  • SSO provisioned and tested (PCP, BHCM, clinic leads).
  • Tablet enrolled in MDM and signed in to clinic account.
  • Measurement cadence configured (PHQ‑9, GAD‑7; others as needed).
  • Escalation paths confirmed (on‑call, crisis contact, IT support).
  • Billing configuration verified (You Bill CoCM; artifact delivery tested).
