Does this replace specialty therapy?

No. CoCM augments primary care with care management and consult psychiatry. We refer to specialty care as needed.

How does cost‑sharing work?

Standard payer cost‑sharing may apply (e.g., coinsurance). Partners advise patients based on their payer mix.

What if our EHR isn’t listed?

We can start with tablet + Partner Portal and deliver monthly artifacts while the EHR integration is queued. See “No‑EHR Path.”

Are you live in our state?

Yes. We’re ready for 50‑state rollouts; payer nuances are handled in onboarding.

Who bills?

You Bill. Your organization remains the biller of record for CoCM, and Profound provides BHCM operations, psychiatrist consults, and audit-ready artifacts to support your claims. Profound may bill separately for other services (for example, standalone tele-psychiatry visits) when specified in your SOW.
