CoCM Monthly Artifacts

We deliver a monthly artifact bundle within 2 business days after month close. Artifacts support billing, quality review, and audits.

Bundle contents

• Minutes log (CSV): member_key, month, minutes_total, minutes_with_patient, minutes_without_patient, 99492_units, 99493_units, 99494_units, g0512_flag, g2214_flag, psych_review_flag, consent_at, registry_status, artifact_delivered_at
• Encounter summaries (PDF/HTML) packaged and referenced via FHIR DocumentReference
• Charge export (CSV or 837P draft fields) mapped to your RCM spec

Timelines

• Delivered within 2 business days after month close
• If an ERA/EOB indicates a denial due to a Profound‑attributable documentation/export error, the Audit‑Ready Credit applies in the following invoice cycle

• SFTP (optional): automated delivery to a partner‑provided inbox
